British primatologist, ethologist, and anthropologist
Jane Goodall, born on April 3, 1934, in London, is an English anthropologist, environmentalist, writer, and activist. She holds citizenship in England and studied at Newnham College, Cambridge.
Goodall is known for her work with chimpanzees and founded the Roots & Shoots and The Jane Goodall Institute. During her studies, her doctoral advisor was Robert Hinde.
