Green curry

Green chili paste ingredient: Mix together with mortar

• 120g. of Green Chilli (and more for spicy)
• 80g. of Garlic
• 15 Pepper
• 150g. of Shallot
• 30g. of Galangal
• 60g. of Lemongrass
• 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
• 15g. of Coriander root
• 1 tsp of Salt
• 2 tsp of Bergamot skin
• 1-2 tbsp of Shrimp paste

• 500g. of coconut milk
• 50g. of fish sauce
• 20g. of brown sugar
• 100g. of brinjal
• 50g. of basil leaves
• 20g. of chili
