Graduated in 1997 from the Kazan State University. IN AND. Ulyanov-Lenin with a degree in management;
in 1998 - Kazan State Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering with a degree in heat and gas supply and ventilation;
in 2005 - Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, MBA (Master of Business Administration);
in 2011 - Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University with a degree in jurisprudence.
WORKING ACTIVITIES:
1997 - 1998 - Specialist of KP "Directorate for work with securities".
1998 - 2006 - Leading Specialist, Chief Specialist, Head of the Economic Department, Head of the Budget Department of the Branch of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan.
2006 - 2018 - Head of the Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service for the Republic of Tatarstan.
From November 2018 to the present - Chairman of the State Tariff Committee of the Republic of Tatarstan.
