Born on May 11, 1969 in the village of Apastovo, Apastovsky district of the TASSR.
In 1992 he graduated from the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute with a degree in finance and credit.
Active state adviser of the Republic of Tatarstan, 2nd class.
In 1986 - 1987 - student of the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute.
In 1987 - 1989 - service in the ranks of the Soviet Army.
In 1989 - 1992 - student of the Kazan Financial and Economic Institute.
In 1992 - 1997 - auditor-inspector of the 1st category, leading inspector, chief auditor-inspector, head of the sector of the department for financing agriculture and food of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 1997 - 1998 - Assistant to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 1998 - 2005 - Assistant to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In 2005 - 2010 - Chief of Staff of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Since April 22, 2010 - Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Head of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
