Born in r. Arsk village, Arsk region, TASSR. Graduated from the Kazan State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in Russian Language and Literature (1992).
From 1992 to 1993 - teacher of the Russian language and literature of the Arsk Pedagogical College.
From 1993 to 1998 - methodologist of the Baltasinsky kindergarten No. 2.
From 1998 to 2003 - teacher of Russian language and literature at the Baltasinsky gymnasium.
From 2003 to 2005 - Leading Advisor of the Department of General and Secondary Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From 2005 to 2011 - Director of the Karaduvan secondary school of the Baltasinsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan.
From 2011 to 2014 - Head of the Education Department of the Baltasinsky District Executive Committee - Head of the MCU "Education Department of the Baltasinsky District Executive Committee".
