Frank Marshall (born Frank Wilton Marshall; September 13, 1946) is a United States citizen and a prominent Hollywood figure with a background in various roles such as acting, film directing, football playing, film producing, and executive producing. Marshall was born in Glendale, California, and is also known by the alias Frank Wilson Marshall and the nickname Dr. Fantasy.
Marshall's education includes attending Newport Harbor High School and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). As a film director, his body of work includes movies such as "Arachnophobia" and "Alive" (1992). He co-founded The Kennedy/Marshall Company, a film production firm, and is considered an instance of a person with a United States nationality.
