Abstract

During the proposed Phase II research and development effort, the project team will design and demonstration a target vehicle upper stage using “Green” liquid propellants that meets Missile Defense Agency’s requirements. Full-scale rocket engine components will be fabricated and hot-fire tested. A critical design of the stage will be conducted and performance estimated.
