Biography

Born in 1982 in the city of Lvov, where he graduated from a Polish school. In 2003 he graduated from the Russian Academy of Theater Arts (workshop of Roman Viktyuk) with a degree in opera director, then - higher choreography courses at the University. Maria Curie-Sklodowska (Lublin, Poland), Higher Courses for Feature Film Directors (Moscow).

Officially registered in 2004 the Autonomous non-profit organization "Polish Theater in Moscow under the direction of Yevgeny Lavrenchuk". The theater opened with the play "Snow", which was Yevgeny Lavrenchuk's graduation performance. The performance was attended by People's Artist of the USSR Elena Obraztsova, who was the chairman of the examination committee, and who later signed E. Lavrenchuk's director's diploma.

In 2010, the Evgeny Lavrenchuk International Foundation (International Evgeny Lavrenchuk Foundation) was founded in Warsaw.

By the decision of the Minister of Culture of Poland Bogdan Zdroevsky "For outstanding achievements in the field of culture and science" Yevgeny Lavrenchuk in 2013 was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Culture of Poland, Honored Worker of Arts of Poland.
