Dzintars is a Latvian brand founded in 1849 in Riga. The history of the company began with a small perfume and cosmetics production of the pharmacist Heinrich Briger. He created soap and candles on the basis of perfumes imported from France, and later added toilet water, powder, lipstick, tooth powder, etc. to the range.
