DeVal Lifecycle Support has utilized its success in the existing SBIR program to replicate various items in need of source of supply in the previous phase I effort. Using the company's unique and revolutionary R.O.P.E. (Rapid Obsolescence Planning and Execution) process to create entire technical drawing packages and manufacturing drawing packages, Deval has created a solution to the problem that has become increasingly more critical for the availability some of the most critical NSNs for the USAF and Navy. All of the drawings, specifications, sources, and all inspection data developed in previous projects have been completed in their entirety, and have been given final SAR approval by various ESA's allowing Deval Lifecycle Support to manufacture mission critical items. Because of this, the DLA has successfully gained a new source of supply for these mission critical items. All materials, equipment, management, measurements, environment/testing, and manpower developed in previous projects are focused on meeting and exceeding the expectations of the DOD's engineering community. For this phase II, Deval Lifecycle Support is proposing to improve product availability and increase competition through the development of Source Approval Requests (SAR) and first article samples where required for NSN 2840-01-573-1640 Spacer, Turbine Rotor, Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine, NSN 5930-00-503-3850 Switch, NSN 5930-00-539-7660 – Switch, NSN 5930-01-038-0574 Switch, NSN 6340-00-135-7482 Connector Assy, NSN 6210-00-229-3028 Indicator Light Filter, NSN 5945-99-372-4096, NSN 6230-01-442-1610 Portable Light Assembly, NSN 4310-01-436-1303, P/N 3573AS120-1, NSN 4310-01-584-3052 HOOD ASSEMBLY, NSN 4310-01-584-3047 Exhaust Assembly, NSN 5961-01-627-4673 Transistor, NSN 5961-01-627-3615 Transistor, NSN 2510-01-518-7618 FENDER, VEHICULAR, NSN 2590-01-682-9001, NSN 2530-01-289-9731 ARM, STEERING GEAR, NSN 5960-01-613-6131 Trailer A0 Tire NRP, and NSN 2840-01-573-1640 Spacer, Turbine Rotor, Aircraft Gas Turbine Engine through reverse engineering efforts. The intent is that upon SAR Approval, by an ESA, Deval Lifecycle Support will be responsive to future solicitations as well as participate in the development of additional SARs for technically related NSNs.
