Product

Customers can visit the Critizr website and enter the name of a business in Europe and enter its location. Once the business is found, users can confirm that it is the correct business by looking at the address and then send a comment to that business. The comments will go straight to the director or other senior management of the business for feedback, which can then be communicated to staff on the floor of the store.

Businesses can also use Critizr to obtain data regarding their customers' experiences. That data can be used for conversion rates, resolutions of problems, and staff adjustments. Information about a business' customer experience is collected through various channels including e-mail, social networks, mobile applications, and more.
