Features include email, text messaging, polling, interview scheduling, on-demand and live video interviewing to engage with job applicants based on where they are in the hiring process. ConveyIQ accomplishes this by first integrating with a customer's applicant tracking system, which currently includes iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa, SmartRecruiters, Greenhouse, and WayUp. Candidates are extracted and engagement is triggered automatically via email and/or text message.
