Cassandra Toroian

Cassandra Toroian is the founder and chief investment officer of Bell Rock Capital LLC, an investment advisor based in Delaware. She founded Bell Rock Capital, LLC, in 2006. Cassandra Toroian has a background in investment and finance spanning more than two decades. Since 2006, she has directed Delaware-headquartered Bell Rock Capital, LLC, which also maintains Philadelphia and Boca Raton, Florida, offices. In total, Marguerite Cassandra Toroian’s firm manages approximately $220 million in assets for a client base that includes corporations, families, and individuals.

Ms. Toroian co-founded her first firm, Cohen Bros. & Co., in the late 1990s in Philadelphia, guiding all aspects of the boutique investment bank. She managed and expanded the trading/fixed income and research departments, and led new product development activities that included launching a firm specializing in Registered Investment Advisory.
