Capacity October 2024 Series D Funding Round

Capacity, a St. Louis-based provider of AI-driven support automation solutions, has secured over $26 million in Series D funding. The investment round featured TVC Capital and Toloka.vc, among other contributors. This brings the company’s total funding to more than $89 million. The funds will support Capacity's growth and ongoing development efforts. Capacity specializes in leveraging generative and practical AI to streamline support operations, deflecting emails, tickets, and calls. The company has made eight acquisitions in less than two years, including Lucy, Envision, and Linc, enhancing its AI-driven customer support capabilities.
