Device Cloud
Caller ID Reputation® uses a propriety software solution called Device Cloud, which allows customers to see how calls appear on dozens of mobile devices with real phone numbers so customers can proactively catch any flagged numbers. Caller ID Reputation also provides real-time monitoring and reporting so their customers are notified as soon as possible if their number gets flagged as SPAM or "scam likely."
Caller ID Reputation® also provides a Call Tester service to test a phone number's attestation rating. As a STIR/Shaken compliance metric, customers can test outbound phone calls with a generated number from Caller ID Reputation's platform to see their current attestation level.
Caller ID Reputation® also offers remediation services. The company will proactively manage a customer's number inventory and file support tickets on their behalf to address issues with carriers.
