Founded in 2003, CSK Venture Capital is a Tokyo, Japan and Menlo Park, California based corporate venture arm of the CSK Group. They invest in companies in Japan and globally and focus on the information technology and life sciences. CSK Venture Capital considers seed, early stage, late stage and mezzanine investments.

In 2010, CSK Venture Capital's investment team became an independent firm, Whiz Partners.

CSK Venture Capital has made investments in Morphlabs, MicroCHIPS, REGiMMUNE Corporatin, Ecrio, Exanet, DxO Labs, Game Trust, Sphera Corporation and Perlegen Sciences.

They exited their investments in MicroCHIPS, Xperi, pSemi, Oblix, Exanet, Game Trust, Sphera Corporation and MessageVine.
