C5 Capital is a venture capital and private equity firm founded in 2012. The firm was established by Andre Pienaar and is headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It prefers to make investments in companies developing products and services in the technology industry, specifically in the sectors of cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud-computing infrastructure, and space. C5 Capital was founded in London but now has locations is Washington, DC, and Luxembourg. C5 Capital provides capital during the growth and expansion stages as a venture capital and conducts buyouts as a private equity.

As of December 2021, C5 Capital has seventeen companies in its portfolio and has sold off its stakes in three companies. Founder Andre Pienaar is the CEO and a managing partner at the firm. Andrew Miller is both the chief financial officer and chief operating officer. C5 Capital provides accelerator services through C5 Accelerate, a global business accelerator based in Washington, DC. C5 Capital also operates the non-profit C5 Philanthropy. They support technologies and organizations addressing issues related to trafficking prevention, conflict resolution, resource scarcity, and anti-corruption.
