Aperture Finance, also known as Aperture, is an organization that specializes in decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions, specifically for cross-chain transactions. It was founded in 2021, and the team behind Aperture states its vision is to connect investment opportunities from various blockchain networks and act as a one-stop-shop solution for its users.
The app that is available as of January 2023 is the public beta version. Users of the platform can enter the app and connect their digital wallet, such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, and OKX Wallet. Users can make cryptocurrency investments across various blockchain networks, such as Ethereum, Avalanche, and Polygon. The Aperture Finance app offers curated strategies for its users to access as they make digital investments. They can choose from Crab Market Leveraged Farming or Bull Market Leveraged Farming. The services offered by Aperture Finance are conducted using smart contracts to make those investments.
Fees for using the Aperture Finance app include a 10% harvest fee (also known as performance fee) for yield farming rewards and a .2% withdrawal fee. There are no maintenance fees to use Aperture Finance.
