Born and raised in an ethnically mixed family. Her father is of Ukrainian-Moldovan descent, her mother is Russian[1][2]. Russian Russian is the native language of the singer, but her musical creativity is predominantly Romanian-speaking (with some use of Russian)[3], recently she has been singing songs in English[4].
It is popular in Moldova and Romania. At the insistence of her father (an engineer), she has been engaged in dancing since childhood. Anna came to Romania on tour with a ballet group at the age of 16. At the age of 17, she decided to settle in Bucharest (where she mainly lives) and enrolled to study law at a local university, but due to problems with the Romanian language, she soon dropped out of school [source not specified 940 days].
