ATTOLLO ENGINEERING, LLC SBIR Phase I Award, December 2020

Attollo Engineering will develop a design for a multi-mode, digital, readout integrated circuit (DROIC) that provides 3D laser ranging, asynchronous laser pulse detection and see-spot imaging in a single sensor. The DROIC will be designed for integration with a variety of detector array materials including the SWIR, MWIR and LWIR wavebands. In Phase I Attollo will develop the pixel cell and floorplan designs for a 15 µm pitch array and a system-level model and performance prediction, with the goal of producing a complete sensor in Phase II with a format of at least 640 x 512 pixels.
