ALLVP is an early stage venture capital investment firm that is based in Mexico City. The firm prefers to invest in companies based in Mexico and Latin America operating primarily in the healthcare, financial technology, consumer and e-commerce sectors.

Founded in 2012 by Federico Antoni and joined in 2020 by Antonia Rojas as a Partner, ALLVP is an early-stage firm in the venture capital industry in Latin America, based in Mexico City. Across three funds, the firm has invested in more than 30 startups throughout Latin America and Spain. ALLVP is targeting companies in industries such as Healthcare, Financial technology, Consumer Internet and Smart cities and Mobility.

ALLVP has invested in: Cornershop, an on-demand marketplace from Chile to Canada; Flink, which provides access to free trading to small investors; Nuvocargo, a shipping company; Robinfood, a ghost restaurants platform, and Yana, a mental health app. 

Their exited investments include Petsy, Cornershop, Aplazame and Aventones.

ALLVP has raised a total of $115M across 3 funds, their latest being ALLVP Fund III. This fund was announced on Nov 8, 2018 and raised a total of $73M. They raised their Venture Investment Fund II in October, 2015 with a raised total of $36 million. And, announced on January 1, 2012, they raised their Seed Investment Trust I with a raised total of $6 million.
