Attractions

In the very center of Vyksa there is an old park in the French-English style, modeled on the famous European parks in Versailles, the Summer Garden in St. Petersburg, the parks of Peterhof. The compositional axis of the park - the main linden alley - ends in the south with the Batashevs' house-palace (1760-1770). Later, the Batashevs' house became a museum displaying rare items from the brothers' collection. The museum has special rooms entirely dedicated to the history of the metallurgical plant.
