But in June 2021, news appeared on the Web that delighted all fans of Russian biathlon. It became known that the champion married the famous Russian skier Ilshat Nigmatullin. After the wedding, the star began to bear the surname of her spouse.

Together with Kaisheva, Evgenia Pavlova, Larisa Kuklina, Svetlana Mironova and other biathletes performed as part of the women's team. In addition to Kaisheva, Olga Podchufarova, Victoria Slivko and Tatiana Akimov were included in the Russian national team. In the relay, the athletes took only 13th place, four minutes behind the winners – the team from Germany.
At the summer Biathlon World Championships held in Tchaikovsky in 2017, the biathlete took part in the mixed relay. This time she managed to win the gold medal of the competition.
The following year, 2013, was no less successful for the biathlete. Kaisheva won an unconditional victory among athletes under the age of 19, and in the junior European Championship she managed to become a two-time champion.
Not everything was smooth in the career of a young athlete – there were also annoying mistakes. One of such cases is the disqualification of the Russian team due to Ulyana's mistake. At the finish line, she confused the corridor and stepped in for the marking, which led to the punishment of the entire team.
The biathlete soon compensated for the bitterness of defeat with new resounding victories. In December 2017, Kaisheva became the silver medalist of the IBU Cup, held in the Austrian city of Obertillach. In general, at those competitions, Russian girls made a real splash, taking all the steps of the podium.

Ulyana started training with the honored coach of the UR A. L. Bogdanov in 2008. A year later, the athlete was included in the youth national team of the Russian Federation, after which well-known mentors A. I. Suslov and N. P. Savinov joined the work on her skills.

By the time she graduated from high school, Kaisheva was already a multiple winner of city and regional competitions. The girl continued her education at the university, entering the Faculty of Tourism Organization.
Sister Anastasia also entered the university, but chose the specialty of a journalist.
