The computer determines a passable road width at the reduction in the roadway section. The computer determines a size of a first vehicle. The computer determines whether the first vehicle fits through the passable road width. The computer generates a first message based on the determining of whether the first vehicle fits through the passable road width, the first message comprising a driving recommendation for the first vehicle. The computer transmits the first message for reception by the first vehicle.
