TeamFlow is a London-based company with a platform that can be utilized by companies to create a database of necessary information for that company. Data is collected from the employees themselves and uploaded onto the platform. TeamFlow works with engineering, education, and media companies.

The company's product allows for employees in a specific company to access content summaries of past projects so that they can utilize their co-worker's knowledge. The summaries are published only with the owner's permission, which allows for privacy to be maintained.

Users can log on to the software using their email client and have access to tools and applications that their company uses. The software displays the individual employee's content, company content, and hidden content that can be revealed by the owner upon request, which can be done through the platform as well. Fellow employees can also leave comments on another employee's content with the intention of giving a suggestion or alerting them to an error.
