Strings.ai, now known as Wingman, is a company which provides an artificial intelligence (AI) platform intended to provide prospective calling insights and training for sales representatives. Wingman was founded in 2018 by Shruti Kapoor, Srikar Yekollu, and Muralidharan Venkatasubramanian. The software is intended for use by the sales team who are prospecting customers through phone calls. It is based in Bengaluru, India.
By using Wingman, users can learn the best approach to close each prospective customer, based on previously analyzed data alongside real-time information during calls. Users would also receive insight on their phone speaking habits, highlighting aspects where improvements are needed. One of Wingman’s functionality, Wingman: Insights, provide a more comprehensive report on the overall performance of a sales team as well as customers’ conversational patterns, such as the type of questions often asked by them. Wingman operates using a subscription model, available both monthly and yearly, for each sales representative.
