ReverCare

ReverCare is a web platform that connects family caregivers to care coaches who help them craft a personalized long-term care plan. ReverCare matches the user with an elder care expert such as social worker or elder law attorney based on needs. The user connects with the expert over video or by phone when convenient and receives recommendations. Each caregiver is connected to a single care coach that offers empathy and the user does not need to explain their situation multiple times.

The founders of ReverCare who began at Cornell Tech’s Starup Studio, were motivated to start the company after seeing their own families struggle with caregiving challenges. Co-Founder Kiyan Rajabi and team member Utsav Vakil have Technion-Cornell Duel Master’s Degrees in Health Tech (2018). Co-Founder Darya Moldavskaya has a Master in Computer Science (2018).
