Pivot Investment Partners is a private equity and venture capital investment firm headquartered in New York. It was founded in 2014 by three former banking executives Akbar Poonawala, Dinkar Jetley, and Larry Klane. The firm makes late stage venture and growth equity investments in financial services and financial technology companies. It has invested in the payment and transaction processing, alternative credit, capital markets technology and infrastructure, wealth management platforms, risk and compliance, and insurance technology sectors.
