PKS Capital was a venture capital firm headquartered in New York City, United States. It started its operations in 2005. PKS Capital made its last investment in 2013 for LearnVest. At that point of time, the firm was managing two active companies in its portfolio and has sold off its stakes in three companies. When it was still operating, the firm focused on providing funding for companies at the seed and early stage of development.
