Oshi Health is a technology company making a mobile application for tracking inflammatory irritable bowel disease (including Chron's disease and ulcerative colitis) that is headquartered in New York City, New York and was founded in 2018 by Daniel Weinstein.

The Oshi Health mobile application determines a users Partial Mayo Score (pMayo), a score used to determine the severity and progression of people living with ulcerative colitis, by measuring two self-reported outcomes regarding stool frequency and rectal bleeding. The application also determines a users Harvey Bradshaw Index Score (HBI), a score for determining the severity and progression of Chron's disease, by measuring self-reported outcomes such as a patients previous wellbeing from the previous day, abdominal pain from the previous day, and the frequency of liquid and soft stool from the previous day.
Oshi Health recommends users bring their patient report outcomes generated by their mobile application to their doctors to help better assess their health condition. The generated pMayo and HBI reports are incomplete but can help doctors better determine the progression and severity of disease over time while providing information relevant to improving a patients self management plan.
