Mobile application

The Oshi Health mobile application allows users to track both symptoms and actions to help them discover what is triggering their flare ups. The app also allows users to ask gastroenterologists and health professionals working with Oshi health about their health situation.

The Oshi Health mobile application determines a users Partial Mayo Score (pMayo), a score used to determine the severity and progression of people living with ulcerative colitis, by measuring two self-reported outcomes regarding stool frequency and rectal bleeding. The application also determines a users Harvey Bradshaw Index Score (HBI), a score for determining the severity and progression of Chron's disease, by measuring self-reported outcomes such as a patients previous wellbeing from the previous day, abdominal pain from the previous day, and the frequency of liquid and soft stool from the previous day.

Oshi Health recommends users bring their patient report outcomes generated by their mobile application to their doctors to help better assess their health condition. The generated pMayo and HBI reports are incomplete but can help doctors better determine the progression and severity of disease over time while providing information relevant to improving a patients self management plan.
