The area is an 84k square foot space and houses 760 entrepreneurs, several corporations, ventures, and others that work to all work to advance technologies in cities and other venues.

One of the primary purposes of New Lab is to be an outlet for companies who cannot manufacture hardware for prototypes. The companies go to New Lab to prototype effectively to bring new products to the market. The facilities offer welders, laser cutters, and 3D printers along with other tools for creating products.
