Nalu Bio

Nalu Bio is a San Francisco-based biotechnology company focused on a science and data-driven approach to cannabanoid biology in order to improve the well-being of people. They are striving to de-stigmatize CBD (cannabidoil) and create safe and effective CBD products.

Founded in 2019 by Chief Executive Officer Caitlyn Krebs, Phyllis Whiteley, and Randall Ussery, Nalu Bio are working to design cannabinoids based in cannabidoil for wellness and therapeutics. Caitlyn Krebs and Phyllis Whiteley both bring twenty or more years, respectively, of work in the healthcare industry to Nalu Bio, while Randall Ussery brings fifteen years of experience in product design and business to Nalu Bio.

Nalu Bio has divided their efforts under three divisions. These are Nalu Cx, where they are working to design novel synthetic CBD; Nalu Wx, where they are working to create consumer wellness products from their synthetic CBD; and Nalu Rx, where they are using their novel synthetic CBD to develop novel healthcare and healthcare products.
