MyEtherWallet is a digital client-side interface used for generating Ethereum wallets. It is free and open-source, and features secure interaction with the Ethereum blockchain. MyEtherWallet was founded in 2015 by Taylor Manahan and Kosala Hemachandra.
MyEtherWallet does not store cryptographic keys and cannot access accounts, recover keys, reset passwords, or reverse transactions. MyEtherWalletcan be accessed using a variety of different tools such as: MEWconnect, MetaMask/Mist, Ledger Wallet, TREZOR, BitBox, Secalot, Keystore/JSON File, Mnenomic Phrase, or through a private key.
