Microlab Electronics, a company specializing in the production of acoustic systems and computer peripherals, was created in 1998 as a result of the merger of two manufacturing companies, the American International Microlab and the Chinese Shenzhen Microlab Technology, and was called "Microlab Technology Company Limited" .
1998 year - Edgar Zhang and Jack Wang founded the Acoustic Lab, which began the development of multimedia subwoofer stereo acoustic systems.
1999 year- Start of mass production of the first 2.1 speaker system Microlab M200.
2000 year - "Microlab Technology Company Limited" receives international recognition, documented by a certificate of product compliance with ISO 9001: 2000 (British NQA) quality standard. The production area of the company has increased to 4500 m2, the number of employees exceeds 400 people.
