Metabolon is an analytical company that is capable of producing a comprehensive history of a living being's physiology through a collection of metabolites. The company was founded in 2000, in Morrisville, North Carolina, United States.

The analytics are extracted through a single biological sample, and provide an instant snapshot of the being's physiology, including identifying changes in their system that may have caused a disease to occur in their body, as well their current diet, any medical interventions, and environmental effects.

Metabolon has built a library of metabolic compounds, that is comprised of over five thousand known molecules. Their library was created by metabolomic scientists to deliver biologic identification of novel drugs. Drug discovery and drug development for commercial products is a part of Metabolon's life cycle management.
