Mashroom

Mashroom is an online property rental service for landlords and tenants. Mashroom was established by Stepan Dobrovolskiy in February 2018. In 2019, Mashroom purchased Emoov's brand name and platform and relaunched it.

Emoov was a United Kingdom-based online estate agency. Though Mashroom acquired the Emoov name and website, the company did not purchase any of the Emoov business or acquire any of the financial or contractual liabilities, customer database, listings, or staff of the previous Emoov business.

The UK proptech startup incorporates a tenant-finding service with property advertising, arranging viewings, credit history checks, maintenance, end of tenancy, and potential dispute handling between landlords and tenants. The self-service platform enables landlords to list their property for tenants to rent, supporting open banking technology for rental payments.
