Kwangwoon University, also known as 광운대학교, is a private educational institute located in the Nowon District of Seoul, South Korea. Founded in 1934, the university focuses on the education and higher education industries. Its motto is "Veritas et Lux".
The university is accredited by various organizations, including the Korean Council for University Education, the Ministry of Education of Korea, the Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea, and the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
