KickPAD is a decentralized pre-sales and IDO platform based on Binance Smart Chain. The Kick ecosystem is divided into 2 platforms. KickDex, our free-to-all presale platform, has smart contracts that automatically add and lock liquidity after the presale is completed, reducing resistance and increasing investor confidence. The project aims to address the current issues facing DeFi and make it safer for everyone. The platform is designed to make it easy for prospective projects to launch on Binance Smart Chain so they can do trustless token sales and capture liquidity efficiently.

KickPad (KPAD) - pre-sales and IDO platform

KickPAD is a decentralized pre-sales and IDO platform based on Binance Smart Chain. The Kick ecosystem is divided into 2 platforms. KickDex, our free-to-all presale platform, has smart contracts that automatically add and lock liquidity after the presale is completed, reducing resistance and increasing investor confidence. The project aims to address the current issues facing DeFi and make it safer for everyone. The platform is designed to make it easy for prospective projects to launch on Binance Smart Chain so they can do trustless token sales and capture liquidity efficiently.

The initial DEX or IDO offering is a modern fundraising model that promises greater crypto asset liquidity, faster, more transparent and fairer trading. The IDO model is the successor to fundraising models such as ICO, STO and IEO. This is a decentralized fundraising approach that the cryptocurrency is trying to thwart. In cryptocurrency, there were many different ways to raise capital for projects. We had ICOs where the project completely manages the fundraising, IEOs where centralized exchanges organize ICOs internally, and now perhaps the most suitable for IDO crypto and Defi enthusiasts. IDO is both ICO and IEO, but the centralized exchange is being replaced by a decentralized one. IDO is another breakthrough in traditional finance, especially aimed at fundraising and incubation.

IDO has several advantages over its predecessors

1. Instant liquidity;

2. Instant trading;

3. Cheap and reliable;

4. Decentralized fundraising.

However, new challenges will inevitably arise with the new fundraising model. First of all, this model has three problems.

lack of control

You lose the centralized control you would have with an IEO. Also no KYC required.

Buying bots

The big problem with Defi in general is the bots. They can act inhumanly fast, leaving real investors behind. This either prevents people from participating in the purchase, or it can destroy the initial price movement, instantly pushing the price up to an absurd value.

Craving for liquidity

Either the creator of the project does not add liquidity, or removes liquidity, essentially leaving investors with a worthless token.

KickPAD: launch pad for investors

KickPAD is a decentralized pre-sales and IDO platform based on Binance Smart Chain. The Kick ecosystem is divided into 2 platforms. KickDex, our free-to-all presale platform, has smart contracts that automatically add and lock liquidity after the presale is completed, reducing resistance and increasing investor confidence. The project aims to address the current issues facing DeFi and make it safer for everyone. The platform is designed to make it easy for prospective projects to launch on Binance Smart Chain so they can do trustless token sales and capture liquidity efficiently.

The KicPad IDO platform is the second part of the Kick ecosystem. The platform takes a different approach to IDO by splitting 70 percent of a project's allocation into private rounds and the remaining 30 percent into public rounds. All tokens not sold in the private round are added to the public round.

Participants in both rounds are expected to lock up their KPAD tokens for a fixed period of time and will be assigned a “pool weight score” based on their stake compared to the total number of tokens in their pool. The higher the weight score, the higher the right of each consumer. It will be possible to achieve guaranteed distribution in both private and public rounds.

How is KickPad (KPAD) different from the competition?

First of all, who are Kick's competitors? Given the competitive edge that $KPAD has with its automatic liquidity lock specialized in incubating anonymous renegade teams - there really isn't any specific competition. IDO platforms have not evolved to release anonymous projects, and as a result, scams are not slowing down. However, the decision has come.

KickDex uses full transparency on how sales are conducted. Investors can see how long the contract holder will lock in liquidity, sale progress, and sell price. Presale platform KickDex uses smart contracts that automatically send proceeds to PancakeSwap and lock LP tokens in their smart contracts. This means that users have a way to run presales and lock in liquidity on Binance Smart Chain, which can offer users some comfort and trust in the presales process and allow merchants to avoid common questions such as “how do we know that you won’t scold ". “All these actions are fully automated, which significantly complicates the work of intruders. Again, it is important to note here that there are other ways which sellers can argue, and buyers must know and check the entire contract code! KickDex softens one of the common ways to pull, but there are others. Be careful!

Presales with automatic liquidity blocking and BSC

First, to eliminate volatile fees in the Ethereum ecosystem, all sales on Kick are made through the Binance smart chain and the native BNB token is used to secure the sales. The advantage of using BSC instead of Ethereum becomes apparent in its greater speed, reliability and lower fees, which is ideal for the casual and advanced cryptocurrency user.

Secondly, to provide security and mitigate the problem of pulling liquidity, KickDex has developed a specialized platform. During the presale, buyers are shown how much of the sale will be added as liquidity to PancakeSwap and how long the LP tokens will be locked up. After the sale is completed, KickDex smart contracts automatically send the selected percentage of the sale to PancakeSwap, create a liquidity pool, and lock LP tokens in the second smart contract. The LP tokens are then transferred to the merchant after a certain amount of time has passed.

During sales setup, sellers define parameters such as

-Selling price;

-How much liquidity is added to the exchange;

How long to block liquidity.

KickPAD Token $KPAD - Public and Private Rounds

The native KickPAD token ($KPAD) is a utility membership token. It provides holders with access to the IDO Launchpad deal stream, information stream, and specific pre-sales steps.

Staking or holding KPAD tokens provides holders with access to more limited projects that are important and "more exclusive".

Democratization of the IDO rounds

To make IDO rounds as fair as possible, it offers private and public rounds through its IDO platform. The real problem with the way cryptocurrency presales work right now is that influencers, venture capitalists and well-connected people are getting private/presale allocations. This often leads to ordinary users overlooking early investments.

KickPad aims to be the equalizer by providing pre-sales capabilities to the average crypto user. This is done in two rounds: private and public.

Private tours:

Private rounds will contain 70% of the sold tokens. To make this as fair as possible for holders, they will integrate a "total weight score" that determines how much distribution you will receive. The pool weight estimate depends on how many $KPAD tokens you staked. In essence, this gives every member of the community the opportunity to join pre-sales, which is usually not available to them.

Public tours:

Made for the average user. You don't have to bet, just keep it. The same "pool weight estimation" principle applies, but it depends on how many tokens the user owns.
