Detailed information on nomenclature of manufactured equipment and integrated solutions is available in the «Products» section.Based on a unique technical solution Kazancompressormash has manufactured main gas compressor system (GCS) for NOVATEK’s Arctic Cascade liquefied natural gas (LNG) production technology. The system is designed to operate in the natural gas liquefaction complex of the 4th stage of Yamal LNG project.
Under the upgrade of Kazancompressormash foundry, the facility has commissioned the equipment for no-bake casting. A delegation of participants of the International Congress of Foundries and the International Exhibition "Casting-2019" visited the facility in September and were demonstrated new progressive equipment for the production of castings using advanced technologies involving manufacture of cores and molds with no-bake process. Kazancompressormash is developing the production of steel castings for the enterprises of the HMS Group and external customers.
The following equipment has been successfully tested and put into commercial operation:
Two 32GC-20/30-106 centrifugal compressor units at the BCS of the Cenomanian pool of Beregovoye gas condensate field (NOVATEK-Pur license area);
Three ТАКАТ 22.2-7 МЗ rotary screw compressor units for APG compressor station (Bashnef-Dobycha);
Two GCS based on 5GC2-310/6-42 GTU single-casing barrel-type turbine-driven compressor were manufactured and shipped to BCS of Severo-Solyoninsoye gas condensate field developed by Norilsktrangaz (Nornickel).
In 2019, Kazancompressormash (HMS Group) became an awardee of a number of competitions:
Kazancompressormash products received awards of the federal competition "100 Best Goods of Russia" and the republican contest "Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan" in the nomination "Industrial and Technical Goods".
An award of the federal and republican competition was given to modular rotary screw compressor unit ТАКАТ 78.2-7 МЗа designed for distributed compression system allowing for optimization of LP gas extraction by extending life of a well at Yamburgskoye oil and gas condensate field developed by Gazprom dobycha Yamburg.
Diplomas of several competitions and high assessment were awarded to 32GC-20/30-106 double-casing compressor unit designed to compress formation gas. The equipment was commissioned at the BSC of the Cenomanian pool of Beregovoye gas condensate field (NOVATEK-Pur).
According to the annual survey of consumers of equipment and services for oil refineries and gas processing plants, Kazancompressormash won the title of the best manufacturer of equipment for oil refineries among 25 Russian companies in the nomination "Pump and Compressor Equipment".
2018
Kazancompressormash signed a contract with NOVATEK for the design, manufacture and complete supply of a 25 MW main gas compression system for a project of construction of a complex for production, treatment, liquefaction of gas, and shipment of liquefied natural gas and gas condensate of Yuzhno-Tambeiskoye gas condensate field (Tyumen region, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous area, Yamal district, Sabetta settlement). Main and auxiliary equipment of the system will be designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of API standards.
The following equipment has been successfully tested and put into commercial operation:
High-tech compressor units at the BCS of the Samburgskoye gas condensate field (Arktikgaz);
Three compressor units at the BCS of the East dome of the Severo-Urengoiskoye field (Northgas);
Centrifugal compressor unit for Kharyaginskoye field (LUKOIL- Komi)
In 2018, the company received awards of the various competitions:
a diploma “For Achievement of Significant Quality Results” of Russian Federation Government Prizes in the field of quality among organizations with 1000+ employees;
a diploma of the federal competition “100 Best Goods of Russia” and the republican competition “Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan” in the nomination “Industrial and Technical Goods”;
a title of a winner at the All-Russian competition of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP) “Russian business leaders: agility, responsibility, sustainability - 2018” in the nomination “For the agile development of business”.

Kazancompressormash successfully completed projects for the design, manufacture, and supply of compressor units for Novoportovskoye oil and gas condensate field (Gazprom neft), Ichyodinskoye oil field (Irkutsk Oil Company), Minnibaevskiy gas processing plant (Tatneft).
The following equipment has been successfully tested and put into commercial operation in the course of this year:
Integrally geared compressor unit of Aerocom series (Omsk Oil Refinery, Gazprom Neft - ONPZ);
Gas compression system (Yuzhno-Balykskiy GPP, SiburTyumenGaz);
High-tech compressor unit (Shymkent Oil Refinery,PetroKazakhstan Oil Products);
Centrifugal compressor units (Usinskiy GPP, Lukoil).
A certificate of compliance with the quality requirements of the International Standard of the American Petroleum Institute (API 617, part 1-2) has been obtained for the manufactured centrifugal compressors.

Kazancompressormash increases cooperation with oil and gas companies on integrated projects for complex procurement of gas compression systems (GCS) and compressor stations (CS).
The company acts as a supplier of GCS and CS for Stavrolen (LUKOIL), ROSPAN INTERNATIONAL (NK Rosneft), Yuzhno-Balykskiy GPP (SiburTyumenGaz), Gazpromneft-Orenburg.
Under the international project for the South Stream gas pipeline construction Kazancompressormash supplies 12 superchargers for pipeline gas compression systems.
