Ivanti is an IT service and asset management software company that produces an automated IT platform for businesses. The company has its origins in 1985, when it was founded as LANSystems; it later become LANDESK and merged with HEAT Software to become Ivanti in 2017. Ivanti operates globally and is headquartered in South Jordan, Utah. The company's executive team includes CEO Jeff Abbott, CFO Rick Martin, and president and CPO Nayaki Nayyar, among others.

Ivanti's flagship product is the Ivanti Neurons IT platform, an automated IT portal that utilizes machine learning to address issues preemptively. The platform delivers real-time insights and intelligence to help users make better decisions and enables devices to self-heal and self-secure. Ivanti claims that the platform increases efficiency and allows businesses to alleviate problems before they happen. The company also advertises that Ivanti Neurons can preemptively resolve up to 80% of endpoint issues and reduces unplanned outages up to 60%.

Ivanti has participated in two funding rounds since 2020. Ivanti most recently closed a private equity round for an undisclosed amount on March 9, 2021. Clearlake Capital Group and Charlesbank Capital Partners participated in the round.
