Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Human Stem Cell Institute (JSC HSCI, www.hsci.ru; MB: ISKJ). General Director of the Center for Genetics and Reproductive Medicine "Genetico" Founder of Gemabank®, the largest cord blood stem cell bank in Russia and the CIS. Founder and publisher of the journal "Genes and Cells" (former name - "Cell Transplantology and Tissue Engineering"). In 2012, Artur Isaev was named High Tech Entrepreneur of the Year in Russia. In 1994, Artur Isaev graduated from the Rostov State Medical University, in 1998 - from the Moscow International Higher School of Business "Mirbis" under the MBA program. From 1994 to 1999 he headed an investment brokerage company, from 1999 to 2003 he managed the consulting company Mauer-Audit and Partners. He was a co-investor of the Media Link project, on the basis of which the Yandex.Traffic service was created. In 2003, Artur Isaev created the biotechnology company Human Stem Cell Institute. Today, HSCI is a strategic investor in the biomedical technology and healthcare industry. The company brings together several companies at different stages of development in the field of gene therapy, regenerative medicine, genetic diagnostics and bioinformatics, bioinsurance and biopharmaceuticals.

In 2004, HSCI opened one of the first cord blood stem cell banks in Russia, Gemabank®, on the basis of the Cancer Center of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences.
