The company's platform is made to help game developers with monetization, user acquisition, creative innovation, and analytics.
On April 17, 2011 IronSource announced raising an undisclosed amount of venture funding from Viola Ventures.
On August 11, 2014 IronSource announced raising $85 million in venture funding form Saban Capital Group (lead investor), Redline Capital, and Disruptive Technologies Venture Capital. The company had a pre-money valuation of $800 million at the time of raising this venture capital round.
On February 25, 2015 IronSource announced raising $20 million in venture funding from Access Industries. The company had a pre-money valuation of $1 billion at the time of raising their venture funding. The company plans on using their venture funding for strategic acquisitions, increasing its global market share, and expand its product offerings.
