Insurmi is a Phoenix, Arizona-based developer of an online platform intended to offer insurance-related advisory services. The company's platform guides consumers through the insurance customer journey through conversational interfaces, enabling clients to deliver artificial intelligence-powered customer service.

Founded and led by CEO Sonny Patel, Insurmi's conversational-AI platform is used to generate new business, streamline customer claims, and offer an automated customer experience through chatbot technology. Insurmi's platform is offered as a white-label solution.

The platform uses natural language processing, machine learning, and natural language generation to deliver a conversation artificial intelligence. It includes data encryption in Transit (TLS) and at Rest (AES 256 GCM) and masks data when performing analysis to protect users. Insurmi tests their security through penetration testing with each release, DDoS mitigation techniques, daily database backups, stateless architecture, comprehensive test suite coverage, user input sanitization, logging add-ons, and separate development environments.

Insurmi's platform is capable of being integrated into systems offered by Duck Creek Technologies, Majesco, SAP, and Salesforce.
