In-Q-Tel (IQT), formerly Peleus and known as In-Q-It, is an American not-for-profit venture capital firm based in Arlington, Virginia. It invests in high-tech companies for the sole purpose of keeping the Central Intelligence Agency, and other intelligence agencies, equipped with the latest in information technology.

IQT invests in commercially-focused, venture capital-backed startups to identify and adapt "ready-soon" technology - off-the-shelf products that can be modified, tested, and delivered for use within 6 to 36 months. IQT identifies startups with potential for high impact on national security and works closely with them to deliver new capabilities that the United States government partners need to boost their technological edge.

In-Q-Tel invests in companies in a variety of technology areas including: artificial intelligence, biotechnology, communication, crowd sourcing, data analytics, electronics, infrastructure/enterprise tools, enterprise mobility, internet of things, information technology, materials and manufacturing, payments and currencies, networking, autonomous systems, sensors, robotics, software development, space technology, virtual and augmented reality, physical security, and quantum computing. It was founded in 1999.
