Improve is a public/private partnership operating out of Dury, France assisting organizations create, design, and improve the production of plant-based products. They assist external customers who desire help with the soft extraction, aggregation, reticulation, controlled hydrolysis fractionation, and discovery of functional and physiological properties of non-animal proteins.
Improve is partnered with several academic and technical institutions which include the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA), Université de Picardie Jules Verne (UPJV), LaSalle Beauvais Polytechnique Institute, University of Technology of Compégne (UTC), Higher School of Organic and Mineral Chemistry (ESCOM), Convergys Corp (CVG), Picardy Plant Innovations, Education, and Technological Research (PIVERT), and Research and Intervention Brigade (BRI).
