Hillard Heintze was founded in 2004 by Terry G. Hillard, retired Superintendent of the Chicago Police Department (CPD), and Arnette F. Heintze, retired Special Agent in Charge of the U.S. Secret Service’s Chicago Field Office and an ex-Fortune 100 director of security.
