Heyday is a platform developed to help businesses expand and grow in the e-commerce and marketplace ecosystem raise capital by providing tools and resources. The company was founded in August of 2020 by Sebastian Rymarz and Adam Gerchen. In addition to assisting businesses in growth, Heyday partners with selling businesses to acquire, launch, and incubate brands on digital marketplaces like Amazon. In November of 2020, Heyday raised its first funding round with participating investments from Khosla Ventures, Arbor Ventures, and General Catalyst, totaling a $175,000,000 Series A round.
Heyday's supports small but successful Amazon-hosted businesses. Heyday then takes the business and uses technology and analytics to grow the business to scale, something many small business owners cannot do due to a lack of resources, time, and applicable knowledge.
