Govini is a software company offering a specialized business intelligence platform focused on technology surveillance and business development that is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was founded in 2011 by Eric Gillespie. The firms business intelligence platform offers its users strategic portfolio analysis, technology surveillance, industrial base analysis, supply chain illumination, and contract & efficiency analysis. Govini is partnered with the United States Department of Defense and other national security agencies to provide insights into government activity and the markets each agency is operating in.

On May 7, 2015 Govini announced raising $20 million in series C funding from Symphony Technology Group, Salesforce Ventures, and Accel. Govini plans on using their series C funding to expand its sales and professional service team and improve its business intelligence platform. The CEO and founder of Govini, Eric Gillespie, made the following statement regarding the company's series C funding round:
