GlobalNet

GlobalNet Corporation was a company established in 1996. GlobalNet Corporation was a wholesale seller for carrier services, specifically for outbound traffic from U.S to Latin America. The company was previously named iDial Networks before changing its name to GlobalNet Corporation with its acquisition of GlobalNet International in 2003. In 2004, GlobalNet International, which is operating as one of its subsidiaries, filed for bankruptcy. GlobalNet Corporation's final annual report was filed in 2008, and in 2013, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has revoked its corporation status. When it was still in operations, It used to be headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
