Genie AI

A software company that uses artificial intelligence to automate legal contract creation. It is located in London, England and was founded in 2017.

Genie AI is a London-based legal software company which has a product that can create complex legal contracts. The software uses deep learning and natural language processing techniques.

Product

The company's product is known as "SuperDrafter". The software uses machine learning to aid laywers with drafting legal contracts. Legal clauses and terminology is suggested to the lawyer based off of past contracts within the database. The clauses can be searched according to sector, client, or other filters in order to create a contract relevant to the specific situation. The software can be installed on a cloud or a private premise and the client's data is made anonymous through a different product called "The Anonymiser". This product redacts personal or sensitive information from contracts and can be used independent of SuperDrafter or in concurrence with it.

The company also provides services such as educational talks and training about the use of smart contracts. Talks have been done for companies such as Entrepreneur First, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Barclays Eagle Labs.
